"Like New" means the device shows no visible scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear and performs exactly as a brand-new unit would. Every Like New device passes our rigorous 72-point inspection, including screen quality, button function, port integrity, speaker output, camera performance, and battery health — before it ever reaches you.
